Having been born and raised in Austin, Heather has deep roots and profound love for this special city she has always called home. She brings extensive knowledge and a rich perspective of all the different neighborhoods and communities that make Austin so unique. Heather grew up in the neighborhood of Westlake and she resides there today with her own family.

Heather has extensive experience in the real estate industry from investor to advisor both locally and abroad. She has been mentored by the best in the business including Austin’s top luxury agents, Beth Carter and Tracy Piccone, and is a proud member of the Carter+Picone team at Compass. Her team was ranked number 4 top producing small team in Austin in 2021. Heather’s friendly approach, resourcefulness, and anything’s possible attitude are what sets her apart.

Having relocated back to Austin after a 10-year stint in the UK, Heather is well aware of how challenging a move to a new city can be and enjoys helping new residents get established and find their happy place in Austin. Furthermore, her contacts and professional network at Compass allow her to provide buyers with property opportunities before they hit the market. Heather also has membership in all the local networks that keep her updated and aware of off market or pre-listing properties.

During her time in England, Heather worked in luxury brand marketing at Harrods of London, developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to drive sales for her brands. Heather is able to leverage that experience for her listing clients by creating valuable print and digital campaigns using the most modern marketing technology driven by artificial intelligence to reach a hyper-local and targeted audience, getting more engagement from the right market to drive sales up.

Prior to living in England, Heather got her MBA at Notre Dame with an emphasis on marketing which helped prepare her for her career at Harrods and now as a real estate agent. Heather has come full circle now living back in Westlake, close to her childhood home, with her husband and their 3 kids in the local school district that she attended. Heather is very involved in the community, surrounded by old friends and new.
