  I've lived in all areas of Austin over the last ~10 years, and recently have wanted to move to the east side. It's very walkable and close to the water which were both very high priorities for me.
  Shane helped me purchase a house in this very desirable area, and I felt that entire process went extremely smoothly. Shane was very patient with me while and showed me numerous houses and condos in the area since I wasn't quite sure exactly what I wanted. But after a few months, I was able to find a place that I really wanted that has a lot of space for my dogs, and is a very walkable area. He gave me lots of honest feedback when I requested, but also was very good about just letting me vent about how fast (and expensive) some of the houses were selling for.
