Brett really seems to know what he is doing. He is quick to respond to emails. He really listened to what we were looking for and made appropriate recommendations. While viewing properties. he is always nearby to answer questions, but he does not hover or make you feel rushed. He gives input when asked, but otherwise let's you make your own decisions.
