About Plano
Sitting less than a 15 minute drive from Dallas, and a 25 minute drive from DFW International Airport, you will find yourself with easy access to the big city of Dallas but far away enough to get that family suburb vibe. With Plano being a recently developed city, Plano really has a clean, safe and family friendly feel. The homes are new, the streets are clean, and the people are friendly! Plano is a great Location to Raise a family while also having a ton of different things to offer young adults when it comes to meeting, socializing and networking with other young adults. West Legacy and the Shops at Legacy have been know all around DFW as a great location to do some shopping, grabbing a few drinks, or to just walk around the sites and getting a great feel of the community! Not too far away from the Shops there is also Granite Park, this area has recently developed into an attraction for both businesses with multiple Granite Park business buildings being built as well as for the family with the Granite Park Boardwalk shopping center being built. The Boardwalk gives you the feel of the being by an oceanside carnival with a beautiful pond along the boardwalk itself. This is a great location to take the family out for a stroll and eat at one of the delicious restaurants located in Granite Park. The neighborhoods in Plano tend to be a very suburban style with close housing and neat straight lawns perfect for your children to play on and for your neighbors to keep and eye out for you if needed, its not uncommon for neighborhoods to bring together homeowners for weekly or monthly events to get to know each other holding true to the tight community feeling of Plano.
